1. Employee with Current Permissions: use this form to send a request to Information Technology to receive updated permissions to CivicEngage (changed departments, additional access needed, etc.)
2. This form will alert IT that you are requesting new permissions to CivicEngage as requested by your department. Training & Development will consult with the supervisor and/or Point of Contact to determine the next step. Your access to CivicEngage will continue contingent upon verification of completed Civic Engage training, and ADA compliance training and testing as required.
Complete a separate form for each employee that needs permissions.

T&D will consult with the supervisor and/or Point of Contact to determine the best training to meet the needs of the department. Training may be provided by the Branch Point of Contact or a Training Specialists.

To maintain permissions to CivicEngage, complete the Mandatory Accessibility Online Training AND pass the two part exam OR complete both Accessible Word class AND Accessible PDF class. It is recommended that the ADA training is completed prior to CivicEngage training or shortly after CE training. On the Team Pasco homepage, choose the ADA-Site Standards tile for complete details.
The supervisor and Point of Contact should review and verify the specific permissions needed.
List modules by name (ex: Senior Services public Calendar) or pages by number, if known, if you need access to a specific part of the site.

New CivicEngage users will be contacted to schedule a training date with the T&D trainer or the Branch Point of Contact. After permissions are granted by IT, create passwords for CivicEngage access. Contact IT if you need password assistance.
Information Technology - Forward approved applications to the Training & Development Manager for further action.
