  3. Instructions

    Each item should be reviewed and checked to ensure that the new/transfer employee receives the necessary information during their first week of work. If an item does not apply to your situation, please indicate not applicable (N/A) in the space provided. Click Submit and Print after the form is completed.   41. 5d. Supervisor Curriculum Track (required training for all supervisory level employees)*

    Workplace Diversity, Ethics & Empowerment, and Customer Service should be completed within the first week of employment. All others within the first 12 months. While the employee will get basic customer service training on the first day, it is incumbent on the hiring dept/div to expand on this training and review how to deliver excellent customer service that is specific to the unique customer interactions of the employee's position.

  42. 5e. Leader Curriculum Track (required training for all Division Heads, Department Heads, and ACAs)*

    Workplace Diversity, Ethics & Empowerment, and Customer Service should be completed within the first week of employment. All others within the first 18 months. While the employee will get basic customer service training on the first day, it is incumbent on the hiring dept/div to expand on this training and review how to deliver excellent customer service that is specific to the unique customer interactions of the employee's position.

    Employees should not release confidential medical information unless it is covered under Federal HIPAA guidelines. Employees should contact their supervisor or the Human Resources Director if in doubt and before releasing such information.
