To Be Completed During Your First Week - Employee Checklist and Training
Because you are a new employee (or employee that changed departments) your department/supervisor is required to review everything outlined in the Employee Checklist. The checklist is then electronically submitted to Human Resources and verifies that important information that you need to know in your new role has been explained to you.
